Auto ISO Sensitivity (p.103)

If turned on, camera automatically increases ISO (when dark) to maintain the minimum shutter speed.
Shooting Menu - ISO Sensitivity - Auto - ON  Good to keep it on just in case (OFF for time exposure).
   - Set minimum shutter to 1/15 or 1/30
   - Set maximum ISO to 1600 or 3200

AF - Auto Focus Setting  (p.91)

AF Mode
Push AF Button + Rear Dial
   - AF-S : Single - good for regular shooting (one-sensor or AUTO area)
   - AF-C : Continuous - Predictive focus tracking
   - AF-A : Camera decides AF-S (if subject static) or AF-C (if subject moving) ...
Don't use this
AF Area
Push AF Button + Front Dial
   -   1  : one-sensor predictive tracking --- Good for
Oncoming train, Airplane.
   -   9  : (AF-C only) Subject moving predictably. --- Good for
Runner, race car.
   - 21  : (AF-C only) 21 sensors. Subject moving unpredictably ---
Football game.
   - 39  : (AF-C only) 39 sensors. So fast, cannot frame ---
Birds flying.
   - 3D tracking : (AF-C only) Subject moving erratically ---
Tennis player.
   - AUTO area : Camera detects subject to focus --
VERY SPECIAL.

Bracketing (p.109)

1)  Custom Setting - e5 : Auto Bracketing Set
      - AE & Flash - Bracket both Exposure and Flash
      - AE only - Bracket Exposure only
      - WB Bracketing - Bracket White balance
      - ADL Bracketing - Bracket Active-D lighting
2)  Push BKT button on the front/side of the camera
      - Front Dial to set the amount ---- 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 
      - Rear Dial to set number of shots --- 3F, +2F, -2F, or 0F (to turn off)
3)  Now shoot continuously 2 or 3 shots....  Make sure to turn off bracketing when done (see above - 0F)

File Naming / File Number Sequence (p.204, p.218)

1)  Shooting Menu - Color Space - AdobeRGB / sRGB  (Use AdobeRGB for stock)

Custom Settings - Shooting/display d8 : File number sequence - ON
      Keep this ON all the time to get unique file number.
3)  Before file number (last 4 digits) reaches AAA_9999,  reset to 0001 - Also change first 3 letters (AAA)
      To reset, card must be empty or a new storage folder....

Shooting Menu - File Naming - Change the first 3 letters from AA1 to AA2, AA3, AA4... and so on.

Shooting Menu - Storage Folder - Create any new folder "111". Or, insert new card.

Custom Settings - Shooting/display d8 : File number sequence - RESET - OK

AF Fine Tuning (p.246)

1)  Setup Menu - AF fine tune - ON  Keep it ON - This does not affect the lens not registered
2) 
Setup Menu - AF fine tune - Saved value - Adjust +20/-20 for the current CPU lens  OK
3)  Setup Menu - AF fine tune -  Default - 0  Important to kepp this to 0 (Zero)
4)  Setup Menu - AF fine tune -  List saved values Assign number (not important)
D7000 - 18-55mm (-20) /18-200mm (-20) / 35mmF1.8 (-20) / Micro 60mmF2.8 (-20)
D300 
 - 18-55mm (-6) /18-200mm (-6) / 35mmF1.8 (-2) / Micro 60mmF2.8 (-5)
